Your personal and health information is treated with strict confidentiality and handled in line with UK data protection laws. Your details are never shared without your consent.
We understand that privacy is important, especially for women’s health, so every step is designed to keep your experience discreet and stress-free.
To protect your privacy, our therapists provide mobile TCM sessions at your home, workplace or chosen location without any visible branding.
Your therapist do not wear uniforms or carry bags with “Menstrual Wellness” logos.
All equipment is plain and unbranded, so your visit remains completely private.
Communication is handled confidentially, and we do not share your personal details to anyone else.
Single sessions and package sessions can be booked through our online booking page. After booking, you’ll receive a short form to help us prepare for your visit and personalised care. For package sessions, just book your first session on the booking page, we’ll take care the rest for you.
Clients must provide accurate contact details when booking.
Clients must notify us (Menstrual Wellness) before the appointment if they experiance symptoms such as fever, sickness, or cough, which may require rescheduling.
The Menstrual Wellness practitioner also upholds high standards; should they feel unwell or unable to treat, they will notify the client as soon as possible.
Please make sure you have a comfortable and private place to sit or lie down, such as a bed, sofa, or chair. Access to hot and cold water and a power socket is helpful.
For hygiene reasons, prepare your own hand towel and a cup are recommended if possible, but don’t worry if you don’t have one, we provide a spare just in case.
Please ensure there is a free parking space available nearby for your practitioner.
Aside from these, we will bring everything else needed for your session.

Parking is essential. Please ensure you have somewhere close by, if you don't have a private drive or parking space, please message your practitioner the parking place post code in advance.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the legs, lower abdomen, and back. There is no need to undress.
Soft, loose-fitting garments are ideal to help you relax and feel comfortable during the session.
What if my period comes early or late after received session?
It’s completely normal for your cycle to shift slightly after a session. These small changes can be part of how your body responds to the balance support from your menstrual wellness sessions.
Just continue with your planned sessions as usual. If anything feels concerning, or you have questions about your cycle, please don’t hesitate to email us at menstrualwellness@gmail.com or send a text, we’re here to support you.
Returning clients can either complete a short form or simply email: menstrualwellness@gmail.com /text us 0777 5919 558 to update your details (including name, date & time of booking, and new address).
This helps us plan our visit efficiently and ensures a smooth, uninterrupted session for you.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in termination of future services.
Yes - to maintain a calm, focused environment for all clients, we kindly handle enquiries via email or text only. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
We supply TCM related music to play during your session, but if you'd like to play your own music or prefer silence, just let your practitioner know at the beginning of your session.
