How should I choose the right session for my menstrual wellness?
Every woman’s body and menstrual health is different.
A single session is a great place to start and allow your body feel the ease during your period phase.
Many women benefit more from the Cycle Balance 4-session whole cycle wellness program, allowing their body to settle into balance over the cycle. Package sessions also offer better value than booking single sessions individually.
Single sessions and package sessions can be ordered through our online booking page. After booking, you’ll receive a short form to help us prepare for your visit and personalised care. For package sessions, we’ll arrange your following sessions during our each visit.
Yes, please make sure you have a comfortable place to sit or lie down, such as a bed, sofa, or chair. Access to hot and cold water and a power socket is helpful. For hygiene reasons, prepare your own hand towel and a cup are recommended if possible, but don’t worry if you don’t have one, we provide a spare just in case.
Please ensure there is a free parking space available nearby for your practitioner.
Aside from these, we will bring everything else needed for your session.

Parking is essential. Please ensure you have somewhere close by if you don't have a private drive or parking space. If parking charges apply these must be reimbursed directly to the practitioner at on her arrival.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the legs, lower abdomen, and back. There is no need to undress.
Soft, loose-fitting garments are ideal to help you relax and feel comfortable during the session.
If your session is booked at your workplace and changing clothes isn’t possible, please don’t worry, we’ll always work around what feels appropriate for you.
What if my period comes early or late after received session?
It’s completely normal for your cycle to shift slightly after a session. These small changes can be part of how your body responds to the balance support from your menstrual wellness sessions.
Just continue with your planned sessions as usual. If anything feels concerning, or you have questions about your cycle, please don’t hesitate to email us at menstrualwellness@gmail.com or send a text, we’re here to support you.
How many sessions will I need for the best results?
Every woman’s body and cycle are unique, so the exact number of sessions may vary.
A single session can help relieve immediate discomfort.
A full Cycle Balance™ 4-Session Menstrual Wellness supports your body throughout your menstrual cycle, gently restoring balance, comfort, and overall menstrual wellbeing.
Each session works with your body’s natural rhythm, supporting Qi and blood flow, and helping you feel calmer, more balanced, and more at ease during your cycle.
Our menstrual wellness sessions are non-invasive, relaxing, and natural, and are generally safe for most people. However, sessions are not recommended in the following situations:
Fever
Contagious illnesses, including covid, colds or flu
Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Recent surgery on the legs, feet, abdomen, or lower back
Skin conditions or infections
Infectious diseases
Returning clients can either complete a short form or simply email/text us to update their session details (including name, date & time of booking, and new address).
This helps us plan our visit efficiently and ensures a smooth, uninterrupted session for you.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
Simply text or email us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We'll be happy to help you reschedule at a more convenient time.
Less than 12 hours’ notice: A £35 fee will apply.
Less than 3 hours’ notice or no-show: The full session fee will be charged, as your session time has been reserved and prepared especially for you. We'll have no time to offer the slot to other clients.
Yes - to maintain a calm, focused environment for all clients, we kindly handle enquiries via email or text only. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
We supply TCM related music to play during your session, but if you'd like to play your own music or prefer silence, just let the practitioner know at the beginning of your session.
